I was disappointed in the job. The video footage was good, but it didn't seem to capture the entire site. I appreciated how quickly Bryan responded and was willing to get the job done immediately, but if I had to trade quick work for quality work, I'd prefer the latter. I provided examples and a detailed description of exactly what was needed but I didn't feel like it was actually reviewed, considered, or followed. I'll have to hire someone else to go back and capture what we need. I will also say he was willing to make it right but it did not work out- I would not recommend for rural land specifically.

Here is our review, was great working with you! -Would you hire this pilot again?: Only if it was clear that next time they captured more clean establishing and environmental shots. -4k or 1080p? Picture profile?: UHD, the picture profile is good, although the greens are just a little too saturated. -Using ND filters?: It seems like the ND filter was on for a couple of the shots, but most do not have the ND filter on. -Are they getting clean establishing/environmental shots and not flying at people?: There is one really clean environmental shot (DJI_0318). However, the drone operator attempted to capture a lot of shots of the reception area, people, and the photo sessions with the videographer, when it would have been more beneficial to get more clean environmental and wide establishing shots. For future shoots, please do not worry about capturing what the videographer is capable of capturing on the ground. Take advantage of the drone and capture those shots only the drone can get. -Steady, slow movements or jerky flight?: Steady movement for the most part.

Our admiration for Bryan (Archangel) is best summed up by feedback we received from our best video editor who was working on Bryan's footage: "By the way, please congratulate the pilot on this one. The exterior footage is excellent and the interior footage is especially top notch. Super stable, the image looks super crisp, and nothing is overexposed (which is common in the interior footage I receive) Overall great job!" This editor rarely provides feedback so this means a lot coming from them. Additionally, Bryan is a fantastic communicator, is timely, and adaptive. We will absolutely work with him again.
