DRONE REAL ESTATE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
From still images for MLS to aerial images and video, we fulfill all of your Real Estate Marketing (imaging) needs! Our base package (per location) includes 1 hour onsite, 12 aerial images, and travel within 20 miles of Keller, Texas. It's a flat rate and only changes if travel is involved or additional services are requested. We also use 4WD vehicles to access rural, udeveloped land where access is difficult.
DRONE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSION AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
No need to visit each of your sites so often, wasting your valuable time and creating unnecessary travel expenses when you have more pressing matters to deal with. Send us out and we’ll image the site for you so you can see the progress of construction from the comfort and safety of your office. We can do both aerial and ground images. Save the time, gas, and frustration. Eliminate the RISK of entering construction sites. We’ll do it for you.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO DELIVERY
Once finished onsite, all post-processing is done in our studio. Final products (Video, Still Images) are delivered via a download link to your private folder on our Google Drive. Once you have this link on your desktop, it's like a local resource. Any future jobs we do for you, the media will be placed there and you'll have immediate access. This shared folder on our Google Drive is for you and you alone. You have Admin access control to it.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
We are professionals. Primarily photographers, the drone is just another camera. All pilots are FAA 14CFR107 Certificated and have LAANC access for airspace permissions from the FAA if needed. Our aircraft are professional grade with excellent camera systems. We also use Nikon D810 full frame cameras for ground imagery. Pilots will show up in proper attire for the shoot and site. Vehicles will be marked with our business logo and information. On construction sites, our pilots have all required PPE and can be quickly located by marked safety vest and hard hat. We have handheld radios to communicate with the site foreman if desired. Some of our pilots are also HAM Radio Operators and can use HF/VHF/UHF frequencies
When you engage us, you WILL NOT get a guy with a toy drone, camera phone, wearing shorts, T-Shirt and flip flops. Yes, I have heard, more than once, this happens. It will not happen when you hire our services.
