My Story
My name is Nathaniel Nelson and I am the owner of, and remote pilot for, Willamette Drone LLC.
I am a Portland native who grew up in Boise, Idaho and returned to Oregon in 2012 after graduating from Boise State University with a bachelors degree.
My family lives in Salem and includes my wife, our son, and our Labradoodle. We love exploring the great Pacific Northwest and some of our favorite areas include the coast, Detroit Lake, Silver Falls, and Sunriver.

Our Drone
Our drone of choice is the DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0. It is one of the best drones in the industry and allows us to capture smooth, cinematic videos and very high-quality photos. Some of its outstanding features include:
1 inch CMOS camera sensor capable of delivering RAW 20 MP HDR photographs in up to 14 FPS bursts and 3-axis gimbal stabilized 4K video at up to 60 FPS or full HD 1080P at up to 120 FPS. Flight time is about 30 minutes per battery.
