Al Cire has served as a park ranger since 1988. His background includes natural resource management, law enforcement, and wilderness search & rescue. Al started his agency’s drone program in 2020 and currently serve as its UAV Coordinator and flight instructor. He has a BS in Wildlife Conservation from the University of MD and 30+ years of experience as an instructor in various subjects. He operate Raptor Drone Services located in central Virginia. Al has experience flying facility inspections, controlled burns, invasive species & wildlife surveys, mapping, and construction progression. He is familiar with numerous drone models.
