Selected experience/projects:
2016. Drone work on commercial and institutional buildings, including historical structures. Diagnosed building envelope problems (fenestration, masonry, terracotta, roof, flashing, etc.). Mapping, elevation maps, 3D models, NDVI and RGB mapping.
2016-17. Evaluation of Plant health at soccer field after the season, detection of anomalies, participation in development of corrective measures, comparison of the plant health after the corrective measures, prior to the next season. (NDVI & RGB mapping).
2017. Drone work at two buildings in campus of NCSU (Raleigh): DHL Library and Poe Hall. Orthophotos & overlay over existing dwgs and 3D models in SketchUp. Estimates and prioritizing of repairs;
2016-17. Indoor flights inside Coliseums (Greensboro and Winston-Salem). Visual inspection and documentation of work progress during welding of the roof framing system and tableau reconstruction.
