Rod is an FAA licensed UAV Pilot. He spent 20-years in the United States Air Force and has a degree in Aircraft Systems Technology. He worked as a Field Engineer for a U.S. defense contractor overseas before teaching Video Production for the Department of Defense Education Activity. Rod now enjoys combining his expertise in aviation and film by flying drone missions.
