Ryan served as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army with extensive experience managing Unit-level NSA SIGINT policy and accesses. Ryan also graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor’s of Science is Aeronautics and a minor in Unmanned Aerial Systems. Ryan has experience in engineering unmanned aircraft as a hobby and integration of this new technology into the American economy. His roles include policy management, financial and business record keeping, aircraft sustainment, piloting, sensor operations and concept of operation development.
