In addition to photo and video production, my primary UAV expertise is focused on precision topographic surveying and photogrammetry using LiDAR to standards as required by a California Licensed Land Surveyor (0.15 ft. horizontal and vertical accuracy). Thermal mapping, methane detection, multi-spectral imaging, and very low altitude terrain following (1 meter AGL) capabilities. Landslide, sinkhole, and slope stability studies using UAV technology for geotechnical engineering applications.

Software expertise with: Pix 4D, Drone Deploy, FLIR Thermal Studio, Virtual Surveyor, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Ground Station Pro, Litchi, Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), WordPress.

Equipment Suite: Matrice 300 RTK and Livox Avia LiDAR, Emlid R2A base station, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced RGB and Infrared system, Phantom 4 Pro RTK with 3-axis gimbal, mechanical shutter, 20 MP still camera and 4K video camera. Inspire 1 with 3-axis gimbal mechanical shutter X5 14 MP still camera and 4K video camera. Jeff did a great job with our video and pictures of rural, vacant land. He was super communicative, making sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He was able to get out to the job site right away and get photos and video clips to us within a day, as that is what was most important to us. He took a little longer on the video but we had communicated from the beginning that was fine as he was still within our time frame and it was perfect - NO changes or modifications needed to the video! We are very happy with his work for our real estate virtual tour of a very large property out in the middle of nowhere as well as the photos he took. I would strongly recommend Jeff for this type of work.
