Hello. I'm Michael Drake, Managing Member of Cochise Aerial Perspective (CAP). I really got into unmanned flight and its associated systems about ten years ago, flying unmanned aircraft and later teaching its application to Department of Defense personnel. Its usefulness across a broad range of applications was immediately apparent especially as a tool for business. As a licensed general contractor, I could immediately identify with a range of possibilities whether scouting new developments, providing construction updates, calculating cut and fill, surveying; the list goes on. Also, an understanding of physical security, terrain, ingress and egress, critical infrastructure and a host of other related items made me appreciate more its potential effects to the bottom line. Although your business model may not need something directly related, this background allows us to look deeper, to understand better what we can offer and the implications it may have to your profitability. As a few examples, we've conducted terrain analysis of vineyards and corresponding pertinent erosion control measures (ECM) to limit run-off, wind turbine inspections in an effort to mitigate negative interference with protected species, real estate portfolios, construction site surveys, and even provided consultation to Arizona Game and Fish. In the end, its about identifying and setting expectations and as Cochise Aerial Perspective's Managing member, I promise we will go above and beyond making sure we meet yours.
