Tim Daniell took the time personally to ensure that we met every deadline, captured the highest quality footage, and even exceeded the client's expectations. Even when my end client submitted an additional request in the 11th hour, I was pleased not only by Tim's responsiveness, but also his incredibly positive attitude. I could tell he was taking responsibility for my client's overall satisfaction.
