Top Down Aerial Imaging is a veteran owned business, founded by Chris Butts a soon to retire active duty U.S. Army Blackhawk Helicopter Crewchief. Chris has been flying drones since 2008, with his first hobby drone purchased to unwind after his deployment. Leveraging his years of aerospace knowledge as both an Army aircrewman and FAA Private Pilot. Chris obtained the FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot rating. Top Down Aerial Imaging's focus is real estate and inspections. Capturing the aerial shots that our clients need to best represent their property.
