Ive been in the film and television industry since 1988. Ive been flying remote control aircraft or small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) since 1982. Over 1500 hours of logged UAS flight time (since Sept 2014), over one thousand hours of unlogged flight time (1982-2014). Part 61 Private pilot, Part 107 RPIC, currently obtaining my instrument rating, former FAA Section 333 exemption holder for closed set aerial filming. I specialize in flying the ARRI Alexa, RED Monstro, and 360º VR cameras on drones. I also fly the DJI Inspire 2 with X7 and X5S camera systems. Most of my work is flying professional cinema packages on commercial film sets. My extensive experience ensures true safety, reliability and efficient operation on set in demanding environments. I have extensive drone filming experience on many types of productions from studio feature films, national spots, music videos, high end corporate projects, documentaries and action sports features. I work with production companies and agencies from all over the world to help make the impossible happen, realize client visions and add real value to every job.
