I’m a FAA Part 107 remote pilot based in Stratford, CT, serving Fairfield County, New Haven County, and nearby areas. I fly a DJI Mavic 3 Pro and focus on clean, practical aerial imagery for commercial real estate, property documentation, construction progress, roof/exterior inspections, and business locations.
I’m best suited for jobs that require clear shot-list execution: shopping centers, office buildings, medical buildings, storage facilities, construction sites, exterior property documentation, and ground + aerial coverage.
In addition to drone work, I can provide ground-level photo/video with a Canon R6, which is useful for projects that need interiors, exteriors, tenant signage, entrances, and detail shots. I can deliver RAW/DNG, JPEG, edited photos, or basic video clips depending on the project requirements.
I’m comfortable working independently on site, following detailed client instructions, maintaining consistent framing/exposure, and delivering files on deadline. Drone liability insurance / COI can be provided for booked projects when required.
