My name is Robert Curran, and I am an FAA-certified Remote Pilot for UAS. Drone photography combines my two passions: photography and safety. I have decades of film and television production experience, and I'm also a certified firefighter/EMT. My production company, FIRE ENGINE Productions, has been in business for nearly a decade, and I have previously been an award-winning producer and production executive at Discovery Channel and MGM Worldwide Television. My goal is to provide unique and original motion picture and still imagery, with a safety and efficiency mindset. I approach every mission as an opportunity to tell a great story, whether it's a film or television assignment, or a corporate, real estate, or surveying mission. As a first responder, I'm mission-focused in any situation, with the ability to adapt and create on-the-fly. For me, planning is key, and I always include contingencies for the unexpected. As a creative person, I also know you need to allow for targets of opportunity and new perspectives. I love being part of a team, and collaborating with my clients.
