I currently reside in the East Texas town of Nacogdoches. I have been a recreational photographer for as long as I can remember starting out with a Canon AE1 (35mm film camera). I have always focused on capturing nature, with landscapes being my favorite. I have been fortunate enough to travel, mainly throughout the Southwest US, and be able to photograph these places.
I have always been amazed by airplanes, flight, and air traffic control. From watching planes come out of Houston Hobby as a kid to hanging out at DFW with multiple scanners. Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to learn to fly. I was able though, by using home flight simulators, to at least learn and understand the processes involved in these environments.
I started a fascination with personal computers with the Apple II. I spent several years in the retail PC environment being amazed at the progress of this technology which includes the Macintosh Introduction and Computer Networking. I have spent most of the time since working with customers servicing their various types of specialty devices using PC's and software to accomplish tasks and solve problems.
The introduction of the small UAS created a perfect combination to use this new technology for taking photos and videos. I have been able to take a lifetime of interests and put them together so as to proved a needed service.
