I am retiring next year and I am relocating to the upstate SC area.
I have my FAA Part 107 certificate and I am doing residential real estate currently.
I am enrolled in various classes to obtain inspection certs for bridges, towers, railroad, etc.
I have also been a photographer for over 50 years and I am migrated my drone experience into this area.
I have recently acquired a FPV drone and I am upgrading my skillset to include real estate fly-throughs for virtual tours , both interior and exterior videos of properties.
