Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot

Born in Washington DC, my family moved to Miami in 1956, I was raised in area of Miami Dade County known as Palmetto Bay. Entered law enforcement in 1976 after an enlistment in U.S.Army. During my career I was assigned to Road Patrol, Narcotics Division (SIU), Marine Unit Supervisor, Aviation Unit (Fixed Wing PIC/Rotary Wing TFO), Underwater Search and Recovery and ended as a Chief Deputy in central Tennessee. I retired from law enforcement after thirty years of service. I have been flying drones for about three years beginning with a DJI Mini 2, which peaked my interest in the commercial possibilities. I took a course with Pilots Institute and got my Part 107. I also bought a DJI Air 2S and have logged approx. 200 hrs between the two Drones. My experience as a boater, Pilot and Outdoorsman will be helpful in getting to and getting the job done, where ever it may be in South Florida.
