I first started flying drones in the Summer of 2020 as a hobby, and quickly came to love the birds-eye view of the world it afforded me. I have enjoyed aviation and exploration for as long as I can remember and found drone flying to be an accessible and affordable modality for furthering both of those passions.

As my flying skills developed, I began to dive more into the photography and videography aspect of drone flying. I observed other photographers and their work, and began to develop my own sense of style. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I naturally gravitated toward urban and rural landscape photography and took online courses on composition, editing, and color-grading.
This past summer (2022), I decided that I'd like to try my hand at making money with my drones. I took the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot exam and obtained my Remote Pilot Certificate in August.

I recently completed an online course on commercial real estate photography and have been learning and practicing commonly requested photo and video shots at several local business parks and shopping centers, as well as completing a few paid flights through another pilot network. I know details are important to the client, and they're equally important to me as a pilot. I strive to under-promise and over-deliver, and will never deliver anything that I wouldn't accept myself if I were the client. I look forward to expanding my piloting experience into other industries as I continue to cultivate new skills, and I hope you'll consider hiring me and joining me on that journey.
