I'm Nathan Alicie, a retired Apache helicopter pilot with over 2,000 flight hours of experience in the United States Army. After my military career, I pursued my passion for flying by becoming a professional drone pilot, specializing in mapping, inspection, and progress tracking.

I've always been interested in drones, and during my time in the military, I saw the potential for unmanned aircraft to provide critical information in battlefield situations. When I retired, I decided to apply my skills and experience to the civilian sector and become a drone pilot.

One of my most notable projects was a large-scale mapping project for a consulting firm for the village of Saranac Lake, NY. I used my enterprise level drone to map out critical infrastructure, such as bridges, highways, and buildings, providing the contractor detailed data that allowed them to identify potential areas for energy infrastructure installation. Ultimately, this will save the city time and money.
