While I was in Med school I took several photography classes at the New England School of Photography in Kenmore Square in Boston, then several years later I started flying Schweizer 300 helicopters after attending flight training at Ace Helicopter flight school in Plymouth, Massachusetts. When I retired from my medical practice, I began doing photography again as a hobby. While on YouTube, I saw a new type of photography with drones. I brought a Parrot Beebop and once I mastered that, I purchased and flew bigger and better drones. I got my Part 107 license and here I am, doing jobs for; search and rescue, insurance companies, real estate, construction companies, surveyors, farmers and inspection companies. Who would have thought!!
