Scott has been flying Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) since 1987. He is an FAA Certified Remote Pilot under CFR Part 107. He pilots both multi-rotor (drone) and fixed wing aircraft. Scott has nearly a quarter-century of experience as a public educator. His background includes video and audio production, web design and developing training programs.
