Strong technical skills in aviation, specifically Air Traffic Control and as an instructor/evaluator, which includes in-depth knowledge of most FAA regulations, most notably 49 USC part 91, 107, 108 as they relate to UAS from both an operator and as a controller collaborating with uas pilots.
Over four decades experience designing, testing, flying and operating UAS up to 1/4 scale, including beyond visual line of sight operations and associated mitigation protocols as well as command and control (C2) and detect and avoid capabilities (DAA) as they continue to evolve and integrate into the National Airspace System. Ablity to think critically and to problem solve on the fly. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, guide and collaborate across lines of business that include federal and contract recourses.
