I have been an amateur photographer for 30+ years while maintaining a full-time career in law enforcement. I retired in December of 2021 and decided to pursue my true passion.

I started my drone journey several years ago flying a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced based on a recommendation of a neighbor who had his UAS certification. My initial intention was to start using drones to assist with aerial photography and video at major traffic collision scenes. This was before the widespread availability and use of drones, which made the use of a drone by law enforcement a very political issue. While the political red tape was being debated, I flew recreationally and truly loved flying even as a hobby. I currently have a DJI Mavic Air 2 and have operated several different quadcopters, but I prefer to stay with the Mavic series. I am not opposed to flying anything else and would welcome opportunities to experience any of the larger commercial drones.

I obtained my UAS certificate in September of 2022 and have flown numerous real estate missions. I can access off-highway locations with a four-wheel drive truck and have access to hand-held camera and video equipment
