SpecTech is a construction and real estate drone services company. Our pilot, Joe, has previous experience in forensic photography and mapping using drones, including mapping vehicle accident sites to document physical evidence for use in court. He is trained to fly missions in high intensity environments, such as near active interstates under attorney scrutiny. He also has experience in construction, and in developing an autonomous delivery drone. Joe is Part 107 certified and insured for $1,000,000.

Current equipment includes a DJI Phantom 4, DJI Osmo Gimbal, and Pix4Dcloud photogrammetry software.
Services include orthomosaics and unedited photos/videos of real estate or construction zones. Professionally edited photos/videos is also available upon request.
