Jason Lawrence, owner and operator of Paragon Aerial Images, is a FAA licensed UAS pilot and a FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technician. He has been building and flying remote controlled model aircraft for over 25 years. His remote controlled experience includes flying fixed wing, rotor wing (helicopters), and now quadcopters. As an A&P technician for a Corporate Flight department since 2001, he is responsible for maintaining multiple aircraft including single engine, turboprops and jets. Working in the aviation industry gives him an excellent understanding and knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance of both manned and unmanned aircraft. Current equipment used for aerial photography is a DJI Inspire 2 aircraft with a 20 MP camera and full HD video capability.
