I am a professional land surveyor with a background in photogrammetry and 3D-modeling. I've been able to incorporate UAVs into photography, mapping, modeling and thermography projects.
My main concern has been in the infrastructure, mapping, roof/solar and insurance inspection and construction aspects. This would include aerial/UAV photography used for mapping purposes, volume computations, construction progress and documentation, roof/building inspections, solar panel inspections and 3D modeling. I've been fortunate to work with multiple UAV platforms, cameras and infrared sensors. I am FAA Part 107 licensed and have a Level 1 thermography certification.
