I started my drone hobby business about three years ago. My day job is as a Sr. Production Manager for a roofing company, and it made no sense to constantly be pulling a 40’ ladder off a truck to go climb ridiculously steep roofs to do inspections. So I decided to be proactive and went out and obtained my Part 107. Well it wasn’t long before our marketing department caught site of some of my inspection photos and we started getting creative. That is what lead me to where I am today. 3 years of honing the skill that I am now putting to use for others whether it is for inspections, real estate photos, or just fun.
