I started in the insurance industry in 2002 as an Independent Adjuster with Frontier Adjusters. My claim load included commercial and residential inspections for wind, hail, fire, water, and liability. Our office handled claims for a variety of large well-known insurance carriers. After spending eight years as an IA with Frontier Adjusters, I continued my career with AAA Auto Club Group in 2010. My time with AAA has been spent mostly on the Catastrophe team doing field inspections for wind and hail. I have been deployed to other states in the Midwest to handle wind and hail claims. I was part of test pilot program with AAA for implementing the usage of drones to assist with inspections.
