Combining a love for photography, creative experience, and love for drones, I want to help you get your project off of the ground. From real estate and inspections to cinematography and most things in-between, I have a lot of flight experience and expertise combined with a friendly and professional attitude. I specialize in cinematography and hyperlapse (moving time lapse) sequencing. I’d love to talk to you about your project and how I can help.

My most recent work has been for the Discovery Channel and The W Hotels of Atlanta. You can find some of my work here on the Droners website, and on Instagram and Facebook @helixdroneworks

I’m also an FPV (first person view) pilot. FPV is a different type of video style, and is great for showing off interiors and structures. I hand build these drones according to needs. They are fast enough to chase a Tesla, or slow and safe enough to fly around children and pets. You can see some examples on my Instagram @helixFPV

If you’re interested in flight training or a presentation/demonstration, please feel free to message me!
This pilot has not uploaded any images into their portfolio yet.

Review:

David (Helix Drone Works) was our drone op on two Mysteries of the Abandoned shoots for the Discovery Channel on the 30th January and 1st Feb 2020. David was superb. His work rate and enthusiasm was second to none, he stayed well beyond his contracted hours to make sure we had more than enough. He also had a great eye for a shot and gave us plenty of creative options. Highly recommend. Lewis Assistant Producer - Mysteries of the Abandoned
