I have over 20 years of experience in architecture and construction. I have been involved in all phases of design and construction documents, including shop drawings. I have also delivered renderings and animations. Another service I provide is laser scanning of existing and as-built conditions, which then is referenced to create and to deliver 3D models. Services include aerial photos and videos of properties and construction sites. Imagery can be stitched together to deliver topography studies. The topography can then be referenced to a BIM or 3D CAD of landscaping and structures. I have LiDAR and thermal scanning capability as well.
