I'm Dr. Guy Nehrenz, FAA Part 107 certified and insured pilot, Doctor of Education, Health Science College Professor and former Dean. I have an extensive equipment list including a DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise, Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic 3 Classic, and Mini 3 Pro, as well as DSLR and 360 camera equipment. I specialize in construction aerial photography and land parcels. Aerial Photography is a very versatile way to capture one of a kind images. It's also an excellent way to follow a construction project with weekly progress fly-overs and high resolution orthomosaics (mapping).

I offer very competitive pricing in the areas of land and building 2D mapping, special event capture, property photography, 360 tours and large scale video and photo capture. All jobs are a minimum of $150 for up to 2 hours on site. Mapping is a minimum of $250 for up 80 acres with an additional $50 for each additional 25 acres.

I use a Mavic 3 Enterprise for major scale jobs such as large properties, orthomosaic mapping, photogrammetry, and visual inspections, as well as fast moving photography requiring a mechanical shutter. For creative work, I use a Mavic 3 Pro and Mavic 3 Classic for video and up close and personal shots , and a mini 3 pro for smaller residential shoots to reduce noise for the neighbors, and also to provide portrait mode video and photos for social media. I also use an Insta 360 capture camera and a DSLR for walking tours and ground shots. I also use a Mavic 3 Thermal for inspection of solar panels, roofs, and mechanical. Please note that I am not a licensed surveyor so I do not provide property lines on photographs.
