Two time Prime Time Emmy Nominated Camera Operator, Commercial rated UAV pilot, enjoys the rustic out doors and capturing the splendid scenery uniquely acquired by areal photography and videos.

First licensed to fly single engine land aircraft 1986, Instrument rating 1987, CAP mission pilot 1990, SAR instructor pilot 1992.
Frank first joined the Civil Air Patrol, California Wing, in the mid 1980’s until his job transfer to NYC in 1993. Later, when he was transferred back to California, he rejoined in 2001 until 2012. Frank retired from the CAP as a volunteer performing the duties of Director of Public Affairs and Marketing, California Wing Headquarters, USAF Aux at the non-congressional rank of Captain to focus more efforts into his career. Frank flew or supported a great number of actual and training Search and Rescue missions during his time with CAP and fully understands the rigors associated with those efforts.
Frank is an aviation enthusiast, and keen on the fantastic flight characteristics and capabilities of the high end UAVs being made available at reasonable price points today. He purchased a fairly sophisticated camera and airship in early 2015. Since then he has logged many flight hours on over 560 flights of UAVs as the remote pilot in command. He is a commercial UAV FCC licensed Remote Pilot under FAR 14 CFR Part 107.
Frank is presently assisting other UAV pilots understand, study for the FAA license, and fly UAVs.
