Report AbuseWhen I first hired this pilot he was very responsive and went out to do the job quickly. When he submitted the photos for my review, I noticed there were no videos. I asked him about the videos and that is where the issues started. He blamed his staff and me for not having the requirements in the correct spot in the job details. He became ill tempered and complained about having to complete the job as requested. There were many excuses thrown out. Ultimately, the job was not completed in its entirety. The photos that he did submit were good and there were many of them. Overall, I was satisfied with the work completed, but disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
