Private & Part 107 pilot flying fixed-wing and multi-rotor RC aircraft for 27-yrs. I prefer photographic and video missions for aerial inspection, real estate, construction documentation, marketing, aerial mapping, and 3D scanning. I also fly (and teach) for Unmanned Response providing sUAS services (including training and equipment selection) to fire and police first responders, and search and rescue operations. I do not do weddings.

I am a licensed professional engineer with 42-yrs of experience practicing civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering in PA, OH, WV and MD. I am a retired engineering manager for a small company that offers civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering and surveying services for which I initiated aerial surveying services for the company, and I served as company sUAS Pilot.

I offer forensic and expert witness services for situations involving geotechnical engineering. I am also an Extra Class Amateur Radio operator.

I used to sail and row competitively. I am married and have an adult daughter.
