As President of Drone Wonders Ms. Cantwell is propelling the next generation to new heights, one pilot at a time. Ms. Cantwell is a drone photographer in the tri-state area and she she teaches STEAM Drones and Drone Education. To learn more please visit .

For the past five years she has been working with schools across the Hudson Valley to enrich their STEAM programs, promote literacy and use coding to foster brain development and enhance 21st Century Learning Skills.

Her background in teaching and technology includes conducting several STEAM Professional Development classes for teachers. She has worked with many high-profile authors and taught many Business Development workshops. She was also a Planetarium Lecturer at the Hudson River Museum. As a marketing executive, she worked her way up the corporate ladder, finally serving as Marketing Communications Officer for a software developer.

Always comfortable in front of an audience, she sings at her church and has delivered speeches to groups of up to 20,000. Ms. Cantwell is a community leader who served on many organizations including Kiwanis president and EWGA board member. She’s made multiple trips to Nicaragua, Cuba and Haiti to provide medical relief, construct homes and build churches.

She is a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, and an FCC licensed HAM Radio operator. Ms. Cantwell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science degree in Mass Communications from Iona College.

She lives in Dutchess County, New York with her wonderful husband David. They have two dogs who think drones are just some kind of crazy bug-bird monster sent to torment them.
