We deploy a DJI Matrice 4TD for sensitive search and rescue missions. Integrated with radiometric thermal imaging, high-precision RTK positioning, and enhanced night/low-light capability, this enterprise-level platform enables reliable detection and precise geolocation of heat signatures across complex terrain and challenging environmental conditions. We also leverage this aircraft for wildlife monitoring and wildlife recovery operations.
The Matrice 4TD is additionally equipped with an RTK GNSS laser rangefinder, capable of measuring distance, length, and area with centimeter-level accuracy, making it well suited for surveying and precision mapping tasks.

Using a DJI Mavic 4 Pro, we capture ultra-high-resolution 100MP still imagery and 6K video to safely inspect rooftops, chimneys, and other hard-to-reach or unsafe areas—eliminating the need for ladders, scaffolding, or unnecessary risk. Our drone-based inspections provide detailed visuals to identify issues such as creosote buildup, structural damage, cracks, blocked flues, and general deterioration.

In addition to traditional aerial inspections, we leverage FPV drone capabilities to access tight, confined, or hazardous spaces that are difficult or unsafe for personnel to enter. These inspections have included blocked storm drains, areas beneath decks, ductwork, beehives, and compromised or dilapidated structures, as well as assessments related to water damage, fire damage, impacts, and collapse concerns. Deliverables include annotated imagery and video, supporting maintenance planning, property transactions, insurance claims, and risk documentation for homeowners, property managers, claims adjusters, and real estate professionals.

Using an Avata 360 we can even capture immersive 720° 8K media ideal that allows the viewer to scroll in every direction and look around as if they were in the space. This is ideal for real estate listings.

For real estate and marketing, we provide high-resolution aerial imagery and FPV interior walkthroughs that highlight a property’s layout, scale, landscaping, and surrounding context. All media is delivered quickly and MLS-ready, with additional options for business marketing, social media, and commercial promotions.
