Dominique Papa is the founder and CEO of Drone Over The Top, a certified aerial videography and photography company. She finds honesty, creativity, and dedication to be the most valuable qualities for success in running her company. In the last year since founding Drone Over The Top, Papa has led the company to extremely high places in many different cities from Hartford, CT to Honolulu, HI. Originally coming from New England, her North-East aggressive and self-driven mentality has pushed her ahead of this tech-savvy movement.

Drones are already breaking barriers in the way companies do business, from an exciting hobby to military innovation, to technology that’s transforming commercial industries. To be able to fly one of these, commercially, you’ll need a uSAS (United States Air Service) FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Part 107 unmanned pilots License. She not only has her remote pilot’s license, but she also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Colby-Sawyer College, where she majored in Biology and minored in photgraphy. To her, drones allow her to showcase many projects through a memorable birds-eye view and embrace a form of digitization that combines her degrees of nature and art.
