I began flying drones in 2021 to start a UAS program for my employer, a local police department. I quickly learned the value and have run fights and training to improve my skills, particularly in the areas of scene mapping, 3D modeling, and scene reconstruction. I have also worked with thermal imaging for search and rescue and fire scenes.

I’ve also use them recreationally for landscape and scenery capture, recording my kids sports events and wildlife near my home.

I currently own a DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise with RTK, and an Autel Nano+. For post processing, I primarily work on Agisoft Metashape Pro and Pix4D.
