I've been a photographer most of my life and a commercial photographer who has both exhibited photos for sale and worked on contract for over a decade. Throughout my career, I've excelled at leading and delivering high quality projects & deliverables to address client requirements at all levels of scope and requirements. Over the last six years, I've evolved my photographic technical & creative arsenal & skillset to encompass complex photography applications: real estate, architecture, mapping & inspections, photogrammetry & 3D models, and 360 tours (interior/exterior/aerial) which all leverage the growing capabilities of drone technologies.
In addition to a Part 107 license and a drone certification from the DOT of North Carolina, I also have an FAA fixed wing pilot license (w. instrument rating) and certificates from the NY Institute of Photography and other prestigious photography schools as well as a Level III Thermographer Certification (for thermal inspections).
I seek clients in multiple industries who are looking for a multi-disciplined, and highly-skilled project-oriented photographer & project manager who can partner with them to address their multi-media marketing or reality documentation needs.

Chris is very easy to work with. He was able to deliver quality footage and photos in just a couple of days. He asked some questions before he went to the property and made sure that he did what was expected of him. He also provided helpful comments about his observation on the lots which was super helpful.
