I am a Commercial ASEL/ASES Instrument Rated Pilot and Advanced Ground & Instrument Instructor and added Part 107 UAV certificate through Part 61 with the FAA. I have been flying RC as a hobby since I was a kid and enlisted in the Air Force as a C-130 Crew Chief (A&P) at 18. Aviation has always been a passion so drones just became a natural extension of this. A love of the outdoors certainly helps and I always pack a drone on a backpacking, dual sport moto or fly fishing excursions to capture the experience.

My professional experience includes capturing video and still shots of commercial real estate, utilities/ pipeline & fittings/ bridges/ mechanical inspection and SAR (CAP). I have extensive development ground up experience and working with Geotech, Surveyors, Civil Engineers and Graders including drone mapping* and interweaving GIS, .DWG, SHAPE and .KMZ files on ESRI or Google Earth. I have mostly captured Class A Self Storage, Multifamily, Daycare, Medical and Office space but have observed/ filmed many Master Planned Developments and their various uses along the way.

I am familiar with all Metro. markets in GA, FL, AL, CO, TX, NC, SC, TN and KS . Drones are very useful in identifying real time market changes and finding pockets for a use in conjunction with geospatial data. I am fluent in all ESRI products with particular detail to ARC GIS and Business Analyst, alongside demographic and inventory platforms like Yardi Matrix and REIS. Every building project we have done in-house has photos/video taken by aerial, exterior elevation and interior walk-throughs, including 3D of Multifamily units. Additional footage of raw land, grading, utilities and project progression available upon request. Planning to add-on Enterprise platform with thermal camera and ability to pan up for overhead applications with speaker for SAR and Surveillance.

NPDES, 40 hour OSHA, CPR/ First Aid, Hazmat, GC license GA/ FL & FAA certification to instruct on airspace and applicable regulations, as they pertain to drones and GA.
