Carlos Ramirez
Carlos is a Commercial Pilot and part 107 Remote Pilot with a degree from the University of North Dakota in Aeronautics majoring in Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations and specializing in Business Aviation. Carlos has worked with Customs and Border Protection training as a sensor operator. Carlos has worked with UND professors, training them in UAS operations, and instructing their classes. Carlos has been an assistant project manager working for insurance companies spearheading the UAS movement in the industry. Carlos served proudly in the US Army for 12 years as well, having deployed to combat multiple times. Carlos is a husband, father and a dedicated leader that values had work and dedication. Currently Carlos has partnered with the Nevada Institute of Autonomous Systems to work with NASA on the UTM UAS project.
