Report AbuseMy name is Leo Fontes, a Media & Film Studies major at California State University, San Bernardino, and I have nothing but good words for DRONERS.IO. This was my first time using this service and I am very pleased with it. I am very happy to have found Mr. Mark Munn with California Phantom Drone Arial Services who was in constant communication with me beginning from the early planning stages of our project, and through to the finish and delivery of files. My project was shot on a popular public beach and Mark was able to inquire and secure all necessary permits for problem-free flying on the day of the shoot. He came with sufficient batteries to cover the contracted flight time, and was able to navigate smoothly around some tall trees through some mild wind. Although Mark was ready and willing to take directions from me, I instead trusted his experienced eye to capture the scenes he felt best (as I was busy directing my small camera crew), and I am very happy with the aerial footage he was able to capture and provide for my project. Mark is very professional and obviously has a passion for this work. He is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to using him again on future projects. I highly recommend him for your next project.
