My experience with drones dates back to 2015 when I started a consulting firm based around research & development for the use of drones in aerial mapping. Throughout the last 5 years I've incorporated drones into my practice as a land surveyor using Pix4D photogrammetry software to generate high resolution aerial ortho maps, 3D point clouds, terrain maps, topographic contour maps, digital surface models (DSM), digital terrain models (DTM) and much more using the latest in drone and UAS technology.
