Certified sUAV Pilot with more than 2,500 flight hours with the DJI Phantom 4 pro v2 taking
Photogrammetry photos, perimeter videos, as well as point of interest panoramas for closer
inspection by clients at over a dozen sites in the Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware areas.
● The primary product of my flights is a photogrammetry map of the site in question both with
and without ground control points (GCPs).
● Complete topographic surveys with GPS survey equipment of construction work, place
survey stakes, and set GCPs for Drone flights.
● Analyze weather reports for flight planning and scheduled flights.
● Identify flight restrictions and applying for authorization to fly within them.
● Applied successfully for District of Columbia Flight Restriction Zone (DC FRZ) Waivers
but outside the 7 nautical mile zone.
● Received permission to fly within the DC FRZ and did so following all required procedures
of the Transportation Security Administration - UAS Coordination Unit (TSA-UCU).
