Since I was little, all of my hobbies have consisted of high-intensity coordination. Whether it was video games, RC cars/drones, base ball, soccer, art, or piecing together a Lego set, it all satisfied me. In the last 5 years I have also grown a new love for photography. Every chance I get, I always pull my phone out to take some fun shots of plants or large scenery around me. In the summer of 2022 I read an article about the growing market for drones. I said to myself, "wait, people make a living off of photography from drones? Those are two of my hobbies thrown into one thing!" I was so excited that I set time aside in my college schedule to go take a class on drone photography at Grossmont College. Later that year I earned my part 107 license and got to study under Skip Fredricks, a founder in drone photography for Hollywood. Now I am at the point of moving forward with this license and am excited to build a foundation for myself to grow new opportunities. Hope to see you out there!
