Andy McRory is a San Diego-based architecture photographer with more than 12 years experience. Now offering drone/aerial photo services to my architecture, construction, design, landscape, and hospitality clients. I shoot interior and exterior design, landscape design, historic restoration, and construction photography for architects, commercial/retail businesses, public relations firms, and hospitality groups. Great interest in history and aviation, and documenting those subjects in my personal and commissioned work.

I have worked as a full-time photographer in San Diego since 2009. Prior to that, I worked as a content consultant for a number of tech startups in San Diego and the Bay Area. I have a client-friendly, service-oriented practice in North Park, San Diego, and I value working closely and directly with clients. I am a regular contributor (covers and features) to design-specific magazines.

Professionally, I’m a member of the San Diego Architecture Foundation (SDAF) [and a five-year Orchids & Onions volunteer competition photographer], Association of Independent Architecture Photographers (AIAP), and American Photographic Artists (APA). I’ve also been a guest lecturer on the topic of architecture photography at the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art and Woodbury University San Diego.

I'm insured through The Hartford.
