I am especially interested in drone projects that support construction quantity tracking, progress verification, and site documentation. My preferred work includes earthwork and grading projects, stockpile measurements, excavation and embankment tracking, material placement verification, roadway and utility construction, and recurring progress flights used to support pay applications or project controls. I bring a surveying and construction background to each flight, so my focus is not just on capturing attractive aerial imagery. I look for data that can help contractors, owners, and project managers understand what has changed on site, verify completed work, compare existing conditions to plans, and document quantities over time. I am also interested in pre-construction site capture, orthomosaic mapping, surface modeling, cross-section support, as-built documentation, and recurring weekly or monthly construction monitoring. Projects where drone data can improve quantity confidence, reduce field verification time, strengthen documentation, or identify discrepancies are the type of assignments I am most interested in supporting.
