Grant Bivens has been involved in photography from a young age when his parents started a 1-hour photo processing lab. As a senior in high school he was concurrently enrolled in black and white photography course in which he learned how to process film and prints in a darkroom. In college he worked as a staff photographer and eventually became the Photo Editor for the college newspaper. Since then he has had his photos featured in many publications. This love for photography has expanded into video and motion graphics work and he continues to learn something new every day.
