SGM Design 360 was founded in early 2008 as a way to merge our passion for technology, photography and real estate development. We started doing virtual tours in 2006 when the technology was just developing and subsequently added Drone Photography. We quickly saw the value of Drone Aerial photography to showcase Architectural Design work, and commercial real estate, and is perfect for capturing construction progress and phased development.

Founder and President Steve Moluse is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Architecture and has over 20 years' experience as a Landscape Architect and site planner. In 2010 Steve joined the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Diversion Investigator and was the group supervisor in the Cleveland District Office, applying his analytical skills to prevent pharmaceutical diversion.
