Report AbuseFrank was a pleasure to work with, he was very professional and experienced in his pricing and abilities. I actually sent him to a vacant land parcel in a “gated community” that I had not been to myself, upon his initial arrival to see what he was going to be shooting he actually got locked INSIDE the community gate with a chain and master lock! He contacted me immediately and told me he was unable to leave due to a chain and lock on the gate. We were able to get the local police involved to come and unlock the gate to release him! The whole time he kept his cool and was not upset with me and was very professional about how he dealt with the situation. I wouldn’t have been surprised if he didn’t return, but he did and shot an excellent set of photos and video. On top of that I asked him if he was able to get ahold of anyone that may have locked the gate and to give me their number to prevent any prospective buyers from having the same incident. He was able to get a good name and number for me that may have resulted in the sale in the end. If it had not been for Frank’s professional character and follow up I may not have been able to show this property to any other buyers and ended up with a sale from the number he gave me.
